2nd return from Coach Avery Johnson. The request was mailed last 3/7/2011 to the New Jersey Nets address. I got it back on 4/8/2011. I sent 1 trading card and 2 3R custom photos. I also enclosed an index card . He only signed the index card and didn't return the rest. It must have been misplaced or placed in someone's return evelop (lucky person) as he is know to sign multiple.
